Our ambition

Solektra’ objective is straightforward: to ensure that Africans as a whole have access to quality energy and water – as a key pre-requisite for social and economic development. Since its foundation in 2014 and its first projects in West Africa, the company has managed to positively impact several million people across the continent – with clean and sustainable solutions. Indeed, the continent’s development is now possible by following new paths, different from those of developed countries – leveraging ‘carbonless’, environmentally friendly approaches, and taking advantage of Africa’s significant potential in terms of renewable energy and human capital. .

Beyond supplying equipment and solutions meeting the needs expressed on the ground, Solektra also has the ambition to contribute to the creation of a value chain around the water, solar and related industries. Transferring skills and know-how in Africa, developing African technologies and creating jobs in promising sectors: we are active on all these fronts
